38 weeks and 6 days still no signs of coming into labor although i have cramps 3 times a day but not that painful.. its like menstrual cramps i wanted to induce my labor naturally... how can it be? please dont answer me like going to my doctor please

My new kitten is just about 12 weeks old, i got her yesterday & before i took her home the owner told me she had a slight case of ringworm >_< (Jerk) I couldn't not bring it home. I haver her in my room now, he often hides in his kitty carrier, i'v been treating her ringworm with an antibacterial & antifungus spray for cats. I constantly use handsanitizer & wash my hands, & my father is going to buy antibacterial spary for me to clean my whole room. He eats well, plays, purrs & is happy? I want to know more about the ringworm... He also has a pus eye, the eye is only slighly cloudy i guess from the infection & the pus is a light green coloration. What can i do to cure or relieve this until he gets vet attention? & also how do i prevent myself from getting ringworm?

I was in an auto accident and I have medical insurance. My medical insurance covered my medical expenses; however, I wanted to know if the auto insurance is still liable for those expenses? It seems as if my having medical insurance should benefit me and not the liable party's auto insurance company. If I did not have medical insurance the auto insurance company would still have to pay for those expenses. So shouldn't they still have to pay for those expenses and I get what ever is left that my medical insurance company did not pay? Are there any laws statures that back this up in Georgia? I am trying to settle this claim without getting an attorney and I need all the help I can get. Any advice would be helpful. I am in the process of writing a demand letter. Thanks for all the help.

We have been married for more than 3 years and known each other for about 10 years. For last 2 years I've been chasing a career and dreams to make the life better and I guess I neglected my wife completely. I even forgot her birthday once and didn't buy any presents on special occasions. When I got a better job I refused few times to go shopping or out together.
She was coming home late and sometimes drunk without telling me where she was and without calling me before. I always let her go party with friends and didn't force anything. About 3 days ago I shouted at her after she came back really late and drunk - she also mentioned why I let her go party and maybe we should separate. After that she completely broke up and stopped talking to me, calling me and she said that she doesn't love me anymore. She even took off her engagement ring and necklace I gave her on this christmas. She says that she leaves and it's too late now for the things to come back. I love her more than anything.

My boys dad and I were never married so when we split up we agreed on joint custody no courts involved. After 2 years he kept the boys and I didn't see them for almost a year. I got word that the boys living condition was awful so I went over there and a neighbor talked their dad into letting me have them for the weekend. The neighbor a good friend of the dads told me not to bring them back. Now we are going through a lengthy battle and I need help. I have an attorney who is doing his best but I am scared to lose them. The dad is using how long he had the boys against me please help.

I speak French fluently and I am the first person in my family to go to college. I have a weighted GPA of 4.12 academic GPA 3.7 . By the end of my senior I would have taken 13 exams passing 7 exams. I was the president of the French club and this year I am the president of the European Club. I played in the advanced Jazz band my junior year only because it was difficult( I played the piano). I took two other foreign languages at school. spanish 1-2,3-4,AP Language, this year AP Span lit.(only non-native in class), also took german 7-8 got a B both semesters(studied a lot over the summer). Language and music are my hobbies. I took private tennis lessons. I have a lot SAT of 1580 and ACT composite 23. I did 50 hours community service. Volunteered 150 hours as teacher's aide and outside work. I also went to Long Beach City college in the summer of my sophmore year to take Intermediate Algebra and Spanish 3. As a result I am in AP Span Lit and AP Calc this year. So will I be accepted ?
