They either hang out with themselves.. or only like to hang out with high class/fashionable/ stylish/cool/sassy Americans but never would they consider us Poor people/minorities as being Americans, so they dont' want to meet us. It has happened to me, and it keeps happening. They are sooo happy with cool Americans, but if they ever meet me they are so bored and with face of disgust even if i'm being friendly and even if I know some Japanese.

Beauty Salon?
Im thinking about opening my a beauty salon here in NY and was wonderin if someone could give an idea of how much it would cost to open a decent salon.

I prefer answers from people with experience but it isnt necessary.
Id also like to get an idea of how to pay my stylist whether its a flat weekly salary or a percentage.

Well, I'm 14, so obviously mine is still quite irregular and whatever, etc..Sometimes it's really light, other times it's really heavy. When it's really heavy and I have horrible cramps, I take ibprofen, this seems to help A LOT, but what else can I do? (I know stay away from caffine, but anything else I should stay away from?) And I have this craving for milk just a few days before and after my period, but not during. Is this normal? What are some ways I can control my irritability during my periods? Like, as far as my personality goes I become very crabby, etc..I try to manage my emotion the best I can, but any tips on this? Thanks,! :)
