my creative zen mp3 player wont connect to the computer...it keeps saying that it cant find the devise or your devise is not connected...ive tried 3 different compurts, and 2 different usb cables...is the mp3 broken and i should return it?? idk..help me out

Does the Zen already have mp3 files on it? If not maybe the empty Zen needs to be formatted.

i suggest you bring your warranty card, the reciept, the usb cable, the mp3 and the whole box of the product to the creative company and ask them what is wrong or go and sent for repair

hi., Im not an hardware eng. yet i have used many like minded stuffs. B'fore connecting your participant, please study the teachings on the person guide. Many upload on will contain a motive force cd. ninety% peripherals should be linked basically after installation the given motive force. then the equipment should be restarted. Then connect your MP3 participant. Then the OS will immediately shows new hardware stumbled on etc..... save on with the steps and luxuriate on your MP3 participant. Regars// S.Irudayaraj
