go to the website peeonastick.com they have a great article all about digital tests it will explain all. Apparently they test for LH aswell as HCG then analyse the colour of the line rather than if one exsists too tell if your pregnant. Im sorry but i read the article last night and it says this is very common and i think you will find that your not pregnant. Or at least this test was negative. Nevermind always next month chin up and keep trying sending baby dust your way.

Digital test sticks will always have a faint or even dark second line on the stick because it not only can read the pregnancy hormone, but it reads your LH hormones which is always present during your cycle.. It doesnt mean anything other than the test is working. If the digital readout said not pregnant then go by that. That's why the tests are digital, so you dont have to guess with the lines.

I would say the best thing to do is wait a week and take another one. Sometimes pregnancy test will show a really faint line and it doesn't mean you are pregnant it just means you probably pee'd a little on the answere side. When in doubt go to the doctor.

i bought a digital test and when I read the instructions it very plainly said that if you pull out the pee stick there will be two lines on it and it does not mean that you are pregnant, you are to go only by what the digital read out says.
I say go buy the old fashioned pee on a stick and wait for two lines to come up type of test.

The digital test picks up the LH surge naturally produced by women, that is why you see the faint line.If you research about the digital tests you will see it there. You only go by what the test said which is Not Pregnant.

I agree with the others...I'd get a regular, non-digital, home pregnancy test. Try it again. And also, make sure you're testing first thing in the morning with your first pee of the day. The hormones are more concentrated then so it's more accurate.
Good luck!

Wait and take another test. Or go get a non digital one. I dont like those, i like the regular line and two line tests better.

ideally pregnancy test done by home kit and digital meters are concidered to be confirmatory only after 7 days after missed perid. so ideally do 2nt test after 4 days again
