My boys dad and I were never married so when we split up we agreed on joint custody no courts involved. After 2 years he kept the boys and I didn't see them for almost a year. I got word that the boys living condition was awful so I went over there and a neighbor talked their dad into letting me have them for the weekend. The neighbor a good friend of the dads told me not to bring them back. Now we are going through a lengthy battle and I need help. I have an attorney who is doing his best but I am scared to lose them. The dad is using how long he had the boys against me please help.

Get the neighbor and good friend to testify in the court case.If they truly believe that it's in the best interest of the children to be with you, then they should help the children. Also,if the children are old enough, have them speak to the judge privately. It is important for the judge to know how they feel.Get all the witnesses and prof that you can.

the terrific ingredient is to paintings out some form of equivalent parenting affiliation. Or a at the same time agreed upon parenting plan. despite the fact that, this is been over a 12 months and he's barely made the attempt to verify his babies some situations this is glaring he will possibly no longer desire to be that actively in touch with them. he's basically attempting to scare you into the two coming decrease back to him or get you to renounce the divorce. in case you delivers a good and loving residing house on your babies you have no longer something to rigidity approximately, yet dragging this into kin courtroom is going to get gruesome as quickly because it happens. airborne dirt and dust slinging and allegations of abuse are constantly the 1st issues to return up. i could say hire an lawyer and set down in writing in a parenting plan what you desire to do. tell him you desire to stay away from courtroom to maintain this from getting messy and paintings out an contract with him and his lawyer. kin courtroom has fallen aside in this usa all people who would not believe that could desire to pass on your community kin courtroom room and take a seat for some days listening to the manure it quite is getting pushed around. The gadget is in finished chaos and kin's are turning out to be ripped aside and babies are suffering horriblely because of the fact kin courtroom isn't doing what it grew to become into created to do.

the time that he had them will work in his favor. you should have thought about this before. but im not here to judge. a social worker will check out both you and your husband to see who will be a more fit parent. theres nothing you can do, just make sure your house is very clean you have healthy food in the fridge the boys have good beds clean sheets and new pillows. also make sure that if they call your boss they will here wonderful things about you. good luck.

You wont loose them. He doesn't have a chance in hell of winning full custody! He can't demonstrate how he can support them.
