I need help and advice how to lose about 15 to 20 pounds in 30 days and i am 130lb. help

The lens of my digital camera is dirty and all pictures are in a foggy white state, like pictures taken in fog. What would be the best way to clean the lens temporarily until I'm able to buy a cloth or anything for cleaning? I would use a cloth to clean glasses but I don't wear glasses...

It is six years old and in good condition with no previous moisture problems. The best idea so far is to use 1x2 pressure treated sleepers with expanded polystyrene insulation covered with 3/4 inch OSB. The 2-1/4 inch height buildup is not a problem. I am not sure what to do about a moisture or vapor barrier. How would you attach the sleepers?

I'm 17 (male) , my little brother is 12 and starting puberty. We've always had a really close bond, always got along. Our mom isn't in the picture, she passed away a long time ago, we live with our dad. Well anyway, my brother has a lot of questions, and out school doesn't do any sex ed/puberty program, so he's clueless. He was pretty frank with me, and asked if he could see me naked so he could see what a developed guy would look like. I'm a good example, because we have a good bond, he could ask questions and I could answer, and I've got the big muscles, hairy chest, and all that. I'm comfotable with it, and I really don't mind if he sees me. I'm just glad he isn't looking at porn or something. Nobody wants to see their dad naked, obviously, and he is usually at work anyway, so he isn't exactly a good person to ask. Is letting him see me naked morally wrong? Again, he asked, I don't have a problem with it. I'd just take off my clothes and let him look. Nothing sexual. Is it okay?

I have taken at least 10 home pregnancy tests in the past 2 weeks, a blood test at the drs, and also a urine test at the dr's office- all negative. I even took another home test 2 nights ago.

I will be 3 weeks late on Saturday.

I've had a lot of stress, but I've never been this late if I wasn't pregnant (we have 1 child) and I've had worse stress in the past.

I'm really concerned.

I must thank you all about your opinions to the response to " I lost my trust for her.....more info." explaining about my wife who confessed to me having an affair with her boss two years before I met her. I have always loved her very much and vice versa however there has never been any intimacy when it came to our sex life and never seen her p...y always felt odd as she just closes her legs if I go near her. Anyway last year she went visiting her parents overseas and when she returned home she stayed two weeks in Pattaya in Thailand . Before she departed she did not have the information she stayed and during her stay she never called me as she later explained she lost my mobile number. I trusted her at the time but when she told me about an affair she had before our marriage I now start to think differently about her trip to Pattaya as well. We were planning to have a family but I feel she may have too many skeletons, she won't talk and it been great talking to you for directions.
