The lens of my digital camera is dirty and all pictures are in a foggy white state, like pictures taken in fog. What would be the best way to clean the lens temporarily until I'm able to buy a cloth or anything for cleaning? I would use a cloth to clean glasses but I don't wear glasses...

Do NOT spray any liquid on your camera!
Try swabbing with a q-tip. If that won't do it, put a bit of rubbing alcohol on the end of a q-tip or the folded corner of a paper towel. It should be only lightly dampened so if you got it too wet, wait a few seconds. Then use that to wipe in around the lens.

Ethyl alcohol is good, but you probably have isopropyl around the house, which tends to streak a bit more. It can work, though. Plain water can work. Vodka isn't bad in a pinch, according to Herb Keppler. Take a Q-tip and CUT THE STICK SQUARELY and then use the flat tip of the "stick" as a cleaning tool. A lollipop stick works, also.
