Well considering the end of the year is in like 4 days, I think the only way to lose 5 pounds would be to starve yourself, which isnt good... your best bet would be to only eat fruits and veggies for a couple weeks and you would for sure lose around 5 pounds (it's hard but i've done it) you just can't cheat at all

The quickest way would be liposuction or a tummy tuck or any other kind of weight reducing plastic surgery. Is this good? I do not think so, better to diet and exercise, but it is the QUICKEST !!!!

1.) Be sure to drink LOTS, and LOTS of water.
2.) Eat healthy.
3.) Just say no to soft drinks. (I am a caffine junkie, I have found
that drinking two cups of coffe in the morning takes care of
my caffine requirements for the day, and leaves me feeling
somewhat dehydrated, so it really helps with #1.)
4.) Burn more calories than you consume.
5.) Exercise! Exercise! Exercise!
I would really reccomend Pilates, you will see instant results in
that it will help with your posture, and help you to relax. So even if you do not see instant results on the scale, you will feel so much better.

raw foods diet (apples, oranges, kiwi, salad, 1 or 2 bananas, canned or frozen vegetables,) The first couple of days is hard, but then it gets easier. You can eat as much of this stuff as you want. The reason the diet works is 'cos your digestive system keeps working throughout the day, resulting in more burned calories
