Between 75 and 110 pounds. The BMI calculator I used to figure this out includes aspects of age as well as height, so it should be fairly accurate.

Sweetheart, You want to eat healthy and take care of yourself to build a beautiful body. The things that detract from this are white flour, sugar, and the wrong kinds of fat.
You can go on a diet, which will last however long, but the best way to have a perfect body is to get some good habits NOW. Eat at least 5 fruits and/or vegetables and at least 3 glasses of low-fat (not non-fat) milk per day. After that, eat whatever else to the point of being satisfied. Then, do some walking or exercise to get your heart pumping. If you do this every day, it won't matter how much you weigh. You will already be beautiful.

I wouldn't use charts to answer your question. Most of the charts are based on adult woman (who have fully developed their breasts, buttocks, and hips). I'm 4' 11 and I'm 13 years old, I weigh about 100 pounds. My mom is 4' 11 and she weighs 113 pounds, which is another reason I wouldn't use the charts.
Good luck!

It's based on height, not age.
Here is a chart with your answer:
