i am a married woman and it is love marriage. I often notice that nowadays, married woman are having many family problems and we also do have a high ratio of divorce in our society. i have one friend. the wife of her brother has left home just after a short time of marriage because of family problems..even my cousin brother's wife is having problem while my aunt is very nice but only thing they are staying together, my aunt keeps all accounts of house expenses, even both of my cousin brothers give their salaries to my aunt...now my cousin's wife is having blood pressure prob. recently she was admitted to the hospital....even my friend is also having prob with her mother-in-law... my sister's mother-in-low is also having blood pressure prob, my sister often stops her2eat all those restricted eatables which are not good4blood pressure patients. but she gets bad remarks everytime from her husband and then they fight. i heard that old age people need care from us then why wemen r blamed?

HOW DO I PERSUADE MY PARENTS TO LET ME GO TO MY FRIEND'S NEW YEAR PARTY? It's just me and 3 other friends and one of my freinds house. I live in America but I came to INdia to visit and I missed 2 weeks of school. So as a result of my parents I have so mcu homework which I have no clue how I'll finsih in time and I was missing out with stuff my friends were doing. Now my mom won't let me go to the party. We already have a party that these people invited the whole family to. There is no one there for me to play with and I wont have fun espeially knowing I cant get out early for the party unless you help me find a way. My moms like we already have a plan and I'mnot changing it!! Well I havent asked my dad yet. He will come home at night. Usually when he comes back I say hi and happily be nice and greet him. Maybe I shouldnt this time and he'll ask me whats wrong and I'll get sympathy from him? Usually he says he'll talk to mom or he might let me.Usually he agrees w/ mom please help!:-(

I have a problem as follows - This will be my boyfriend and i's first new year together and i presumed we'd be spending hogmannay together. He text me last night to say that he'll see me "after the new year". He lives about 40 miles away from me and is spending it with his mates as usual like every year. I'm a bit upset as this is our first chance to spend new year together as last year i wasn't here (i lived 200 miles away). So, do i let rip that i'm unhappy, do i tell him i went out and had a great time, or do i tell him i stayed in the house on my own crying with a bottle of wine? He's all for me going out and having fun, so if i tell him i did this, he'll be really happy. I feel like i want to make him feel guilty, but by telling him i stayed in on my own he'll think i'm a billy-no mates...... What would you do? Thanks!

Hi. I'm currently in my final year of Engineering in India. I have suffered 2 year losses due to irresponsibility. Now Im almost done but I fear I will be completing my course with a total GPA of 2 only. This is equivalent to a 60% according to some screwed up formula our university came up with. Anywayz, I would like to do my MBA somewhere outside India...can any one give me any good suggestions where i can do this, considering my screwed up performance?
