I am having a problem figuring out this dot product thing. i am to find the smallest angle between the pair of vectors <-3,2>,<4,5>. ok, so i have cosa=<-3,2><4,5> / |<-3,2>| |<4,5>|. i have a -2 for the top part of the fraction but i have no clue how to do the bottom. the answer says it's (sqrt13)(sqrt14) and then go from there. how do i get the square roots of 13 and 14?

i dont exactly know how to say or put it. it does sound stupid, but i've been told there's no stupid question except the one you dont ask. anyways i'm 14, i'm a girl, and i'm in 9th grade. i dont care about the latest fashions and all that stuff and i dont have an interest in the shows on tv. what i am interested in though is philosophy, how things work, how we got here and all sorts of things like that. but i cant talk to anyone about that, because no one my age i know is interested in that. and it's hard for me to enjoy converstations and things because i can never talk about what i like. and people think it's weird i'm interested in things like this at only 14. and idk what to do.

whenever my bf and i fight about what his exwife and i start to "win" he allways says things like i'm a divorced dad if you can't accept it we need to brake-up or i can't take you any more i'm leaving you.He then ether leaves or goes to anouther part of the house and will not talk to me for the rest of the day.i think he knows this will shut me up and make me drop the subject.His exwife uses their daughter like bait to get what she wants and my bf allways falls for it.Why will he never listen to me about this and shuts me out when i make a point that makes sense and he can't disagree on?

is it weird or tacky? for our house to have: ceramic tile in the hallway, marble in master and living room (same kind of marble for both), and wood in 2 other rooms, and also carppet in one room which is in a separate hallway, NOT near the other 3 rooms.
also, we have vinyle tiles in our dinning and kitchen, which is next to the living room ( we havent had enough money to change the flooring there)

Anyway, my question to you is, what do you feel about this VARIETYof flooring, would you think its weird to have MarBLE IN THE ROOM? LIVing ROOm? any comments or ideas would be great!

MY EX HUSBAND LIVES IN FL. I AM CURRENTLY IN LA. HE RECENTLY STARTED SEEING THE KIDS AFTER 2 YEARS MY COURT PAPERS SAY THEY HAVE TO GO FOR CHRISTMAS THEY ARE 5 AND 6 YEARS OLD. AND THAT WHEN THERE DAD WAS AT WORK THEY WERE BABYSAT ALL DAY BY A 12 YEAR OLD. THAT IS NOT COOL WITH ME AT ALL. I SPOKE WITH HIM TONIGHT AND HE SAYS THAT HE CAN'T GET OFF WORK AND CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY DAYCARE SO HE IS LEAVING THEM WITH A 12 YEAR OLD. THAT KID WILL BE WATCHING MY 6 AND 5 YEAR OLD PLUS ANOTHER 6 YEAR OLD. SO I SAID I WILL NOT SEND THEM IF THAT IS THE CASE. WHAT CAN I DO IF ANYTHING. AND WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SEND THEM.

My eye sight seems to be better when I first wake up in the morning. I mean, it still isn't good or else I wouldn't need my glasses at all. But, after wearing them all day, when I take them off my eye sight seems to be worse than it was that morning. I've went all day without my glasses, and my sight wasn't the best, but it wasn't like it is when I take my glasses off after wearing them for a while.

I don't know if that made any sense...I tried to explain myself though, lol....thanks.
