My best friend is a fitness competitor and when she gets back from a competition and wants to get smaller, she just does lots of cardio. She runs, bikes, or anything that will get her heart up. she does this for 45 minutes about 5 days a week.

Run long distance (3+ miles, 30+ minutes) about 3-4 times a week. It may take some time to build up to this distance, but if you can consistently run 3 or miles around 4 times a week, you thighs will be small and tight just the way you (and I) like.

hmm, either stop doing any exercise altogether, or just focus on cardio (preferably running or walking)
