My eye sight seems to be better when I first wake up in the morning. I mean, it still isn't good or else I wouldn't need my glasses at all. But, after wearing them all day, when I take them off my eye sight seems to be worse than it was that morning. I've went all day without my glasses, and my sight wasn't the best, but it wasn't like it is when I take my glasses off after wearing them for a while.
I don't know if that made any sense...I tried to explain myself though, lol....thanks.

Well, my eyes aren't terribly bad. I can still make out things, they are just a little blurry. And, it is only far away things.....I can see up close perfectly.
I don't mind my glasses, aesthetically speaking....but I'm kind of a mess, it's hard to keep up with them.

you will make your eye sight worse. when you don't wear them they have to strain harder to see things, which makes it worse. the reason you can't see that well after you take them off is because your eyes haven't adjusted to the change. you need to wear them. try contacts if you don't like your glasses.

I'm pretty sure that your eye sight is what it is. Glasses can help improve the quality/clarity of your vision if you need them. Not wearing glasses probably isn't going to help you, though I doubt it could do much harm either unless your vision is very poor without them. I'm told that one's vision tends to change a bit over time anyway, so its possible that your glasses are not the right perscription strength for your eyes at the moment. You might want to get them checked out just to be sure if you haven't done so in a while.
Not quite related to your question, but I have, on rare occasions, gone to bed while still wearing my glasses, and when I wake up afterwards, I have a really bad headache.

There are several methods to improve quickly and naturally eye sight.
To know how to do that you can find here a complete method based on researches done by some scientist, for a cheap price ( http://getyourvisionbacknow.keysolve.net )
I can give you just some tips but I suggest to give a look to the method that i posted above, for example you can take more food that contains vitamin A such as carrots may help to naturally improve your eye sight.
We can also always do exercises. There are exercises such as rolling your eyeball to form an invisible square that are always recommended by the doctors to improve one's eyesight.
I don't know about quickly as there is no fast way to reach one's goal.
Vegetarians can help to improve one's eye sight. I believe it because I am a vegetarian and my eye short-sightedness power remains the same without any increase after about 2 years.
The doctor was shocked because teenagers at my years will usually have a most increase since we are always watching TV, playing computers and also reading.
I do not know whether it is totally true or not but it does affect a bit on the result.

Well here are some facts that you can find out easily if you google "chinese myopia". In china the rates of myopia in schoolchildren and universities is so high that the government there have introduced eye exercises as part of the school timetable. China is apparently 2nd worst in global rankings for bad eyesight 2nd only to Japan. So if you feel exposing yourself to a foreign culture helps make you more like those people then id advise you get out of Japan if eyesight is a high priority. (im not being racist but obviously if their own governments are concerned then its obviously a serious issue) The other thing researchers wanted to know was whether chinese people living abroad still showed signs of significant myopia traits. They compared the routine of chinese children living in australia to those living in singapore and found no difference in amount of reading they do. However they did notice that in australia the children spent more time outside than in they did in singapore. They made a conclusion that spending time outside is a trait with people with better eyesight. The other issue is the wearing of a lens (glasses or contact lenses) Well putting lenses on chickens was proven in the 1970s to elongate the eyeballs. This means the retina and internal lens became farther apart leading to worse vision in the long run. This indicates the wearing of external lenses can effect the shape of the actual eyeball with negative consequences The other issues ive read about and picked up personally which determine eyesight quality are.. 1. Relaxation/Strain. Stress can have an adverse effect on the person because of voluntarily taking on strain and feeling no way to avoid it. This happening can allow eyesight to deteriorate unnoticed In the end the lens inside the eye works on a muscle basis (much like your arms and legs). If you were to never use them for a long period of time then the ability to use them will be gone. That person will no longer be able to pull/push the muscle to the fullest extent (unless they use physiotherapy to recover back to normal - This is the case for hospital patients who spend long periods bed-bound) If you never use the full extent of your muscles then youd lose that range they originally provided you. So this applies to any muscle in the body (including the ocular/cillary muscles) If you wear glasses and can see 20/10 from just doing a half-job then your eyes won't bother going any further when it appears distance vision is clear. This would act as the maximum extent necessary for the eyes to work. 2.Attitude to other people If someone doesn't like interacting with people, has a hostile approach to others, this can lead to strain and potentially, the undermining of eyesight quality. 3.Wanting to desensitise from the present This is something new im considering. I think myopic people are liable to feeling over-sensitive to the present, they see this as a weakness and want out. They prefer as an alternative to dedicate their thoughts and mind to the future instead. A person has either the choice of putting thought into the present or the future. It cant be both ways at any one time. Its important to live in the NOW, the present. Eyesight and other senses only help us in the present as they work on the environment in real time , disregarding the past or future. The future must be accepted as non-existing because we cannot predict the future, we can only guess it. This means its important to be sensitive to the surroundings of the present and avoiding desensitising ourselves as some kind of defense mechanism

glasses make your eyes lazy, and actually makes vision worse. Every time I would go to the eyedoctor I would get a new prescription (for stronger glasses...). Looking close up at stuff (computer screens, ex) makes them go bad too. Exercise your eyes by looking at stuff far away, then look at something really close up.

its because after you take off your glasses, your vision seems more blurred because you are used to seeing more clearly. if you go a day without your glasses your eyesight will seem well because you haven't put on your glasses so your eyes are used to the blur.
