my cat runs through the house and then climbs the curtains. Then when I get him down he stares at the ceiling and there's nothing there. Sometimes he gets scared of his own tail and runs from it or tries to attack it. Is he retarded?

I need recommendations on good generic batteries. Besides the named brands (duracell, energizer etc) I typically take CVS or Walgreens batteries when they are on sale. What is your experience with CVS vs Walgreens? And recommend any other generic batteries that have provided good value (good life for half the price of named brands).

I am a really caring guy and there is this girl I like, We are both sophmores and have known each other a long time and we both know we like each other. For any attorneys out there. The building I am living in was sold at auction. My new landlord told me there was no transfer of tenants last months rent or sec. deposit. Going to small claims court is an option but the former landlord would probably not show. what other alternative do I have to retrieve my deposits. These deposits were not put in a separate acct. I was told. The former landlord put the money in his personal checking acct. help what do I do!

i never had a girlfriend i'm 27. Anyways, i never ever see any women where i go. I go to the library all i see is homeless people in the grass. old people and a few elder women. But women my age are no where to be seen. Do most women use Cars or do they not frequent any of the places i frequent.

This is what i frequent and rarely do i see any women my age:
-Supermarket
-Employment agency
-Library
-gardening job
-convenience store
-walking in the streets( not downtown so it's not populated)

Building a pc for my brother for xmas, and at this point I have everything unhooked except the board and psu. It powers on, the monitor totally doesnt see it, as if its hibernating, and after about five minutes the thing just shuts off. New psu, and the board worked fine in a previous computer.I also tried another psu for kicks and same result. About an hour ago the monitor was coming on and a few minutes into installing windows it kicked off and has been doing this ever since. Any off the wall ideas besides my board decided to crap out?

No lectures about the dangers of smoking please. I know the risks. Now, to details...

We moved into our new house in July, & I vowed when we left our old house that I wouldn't smoke in the new one. I got tired of washing walls & furniture, my kids' clothes always stunk, and everything turned yellow.

It's winter, now, and I stand outside in 15 degree weather to have a smoke. I know it's better for my kids, and I smoke a LOT less than I used to, but am I INSANE for doing this, or do other smokers do this too? I know my sister in law does, but does anyone else???

Help me out here. I am in a relationship with a guy who has been ok with me but I think that our relationship isnt really going anywhere.
