Is it bad to take other vitamins along with prenatal vitamins? I've been taking prenatals with 400mcg of folic acid. I give my son flinstone vitamins and will sometimes take one of his. (usually his idea) His vitamins also have 300mcg of folic acid. Would that be like an overdose of folic acid? I haven't taken any of his since I've been on prenatals, but I was just wondering. I'm 26 and trying to conceive a second child.

I am 9 weeks pregnant and for the last couple of weeks have not been getting good sleep. I'll only get maybe 2 or 3 solid hours, then I'll wake up and won't be able to fall asleep. On my days off I try to go to bed with my husband, anywhere from 11pm to 1 am...I can usually fall asleep, but then I wake up and can't get back to sleep. It happened to me this am, I've been awake since about 7, I went to sleep around 4am (I worked the night before, and it uaually takes about a day to get back on track.) Any suggestions?

My sons friend need to charge it on our computer (no cord) I over heard that it was stolen. I reminded my son How would he like it if his got stolen. I told him to to give it back to him and wash his hands of the whole thing He started to feel bad for the true owner and told him he would probably get it back. (NOW HE'S INVOLED!) What can he tell his friend to convice him or scare him to return it.
I dont care if its BS as long as it's effective. They're only 12-13

ok im heartbroken & confused ...i just had a bloodtest done and the results said that i was 'normal/fine'.....

What the hell?! ...I DON'T FEEL NORMAL AT ALL!

I was hoping i DID have some kind of disorder so that'll explain my IRREGULAR PERIODS **I got my period at 12, and i'm 16 now, it's STILL VERY irregular (4 months inbetween!)**........also why I'm short , like 4'11..and soo many other things...

I've been researching the symptoms online for HYPOTHYROIDISM and i thought i HAD THAT, b.c at first my docter said that I might have a thyroid problem due to my irregular periods...

And Mostly 90% of the HYPOTHYROIDISM syptoms I HAVE!!!, and even my friend agreed with me!!!

can bloodtests b this wrong? any similar experiences?

im so bummed!!!

If you have a bf who says he cares so much for you and is in another state and holds a very important position with a company and tells you he will call and then all of a sudden he doesnt and hasnt for 5 days and you are the one who has called him, what would you think about that? I mean I know he doesnt cheat or anything like that, but he never seems to do what he says he will do. Considering Jesus taught against the teachings of the Eternal Covenant, I personally can only view him as a tool of the Accuser and Adversary. When the teachers saw him casting out demons, he famously commented, "A house divided cannot stand." However, a house working in unison for deceptive goals can. If Satan had those people held by demons just so he could say, "Go home boys," it would look like he was 'casting them out' but in fact it would have been a pre-arranged scenario for the purpose of leading people away from the one who is divine.

In short, my view is that Jesus's miracles were empowered by the 'holy spirit' which is Satan.
