Can you have have kids in the sims 2 pets?

If you are playing the pc version then the pets expansion only adds stuff and options to your already existing game. It will not remove options. If you are using playstation or xbox to play then i'm afraid you can't have kids.

On the pc version you can.

Of course. Why would you think you couldn't? Your dogs can even have puppies.
