I would like to put white pebbles on my garden so it looks tidier than the old stringy bark mulch, does anyone know what I have to do first as the soil looks very lacklustre. Wld the pebbles do further harm? Will pull out a lot of the old plants and just retain palms and bromilaids to save water... etc

I am having a one year old party for my little boy. On the invites I asked for no gifts. I know some people are bringing gifts anyway. Is it proper to open these gifts at the party? Will those who don't bring something feel bad? Would those bringing a gift feel bad if their gift is not openned in front of them?

I have a dilema and its doing my head in, I brought an item from an internet company (freemans) & they sent 2 of the same item & i only ordered 1! i called them that evening to let them know, this was during August the lady i spoke to was very nice and arranged for a courier collection on a saturday... well 2 saturdays came & went no sign of the courier i sent emails and kept calling for around 2 months thay kept changing the collection dates but no1 came to collect it! i have been harassed with calls and bombarded with letters... the amount i have spent on phone calls i have practically paid for it!!!
What should i do????????
Please help me!

he betrayed me. now I guess he regrets it. and now he seems to love me more than ever. my children want our family to stay together. but i'm not sure I can trust him again. When I lack trust, the love seems to disappear. When I am not thinking about the betrayal things can be good, but when we are together, i think about it and regret being with him. This betrayal goes beyond cheating. I should just leave him? right?

In my mom's house, me and my sister's rooms are the only two rooms upstairs. If we have to many things running, a fuse is blown. For example, if we both have space heaters running in our rooms, the circuit breaker trips. The past few nights while we're sleeping, a fuse has been blowing and it's really annoying because the surge protector on my computer beeps until I go down into the basement and flip the switch to turn the power back on. I thought maybe my sister had her heater running, but she never does. We have varioud things plugged into the sockets, but the only things really turned "on" that use up power is my heater and the charger plugged into my SideKick. Do you think those two would blow a fuse? My old phone's charger never contributed to that. Sorry this was like a novel, but its as short as possible!
