Your friend may just be curious and looking to experiment. A lot of "straight" guys feel ashamed of their homoerotic urges and use drugs or alcohol as an excuse. You should talk to him about this more when he's sober.

He was just drunk! I wanted to make out w/my friend when I was drunk..because no man was around. If he says it again when he's sober, then maybe he's bi or gay.

Hmm...I wouldn't neccessarily say he's gay or bi. He may have said that as he was drunk, or maybe he is rather curious at the moment. Or maybe he just thought, hey, f*ck it, I've got my whole life ahead of me, I might as well experiment. He's not completely straight, but he could be bi-curious. I'd say he's gay or bi however and has just come to terms with it, because most bi-curious people wouldn't do that.
