does phx sky harbor let you bring wrapped items through sucurity in a carry on?

im flighing through there tonight and i have a gift thats wrapped with 2 little tubes of lipstick.Will i have to un wrap it?i mean i dont really care if i do i just dont wanna be standing in the sucurity line and then have to do it.

Air security will not allow wrapped gifts/items through security anywhere in the US. You can wrap it and put it in your checked luggage.

They will not let you travel through security with wrapped gifts. You should check out the TSA website http://www.tsa.gov/ they have the complete list of what you can and can not bring on the aircraft with you.
