I am 9 weeks pregnant and for the last couple of weeks have not been getting good sleep. I'll only get maybe 2 or 3 solid hours, then I'll wake up and won't be able to fall asleep. On my days off I try to go to bed with my husband, anywhere from 11pm to 1 am...I can usually fall asleep, but then I wake up and can't get back to sleep. It happened to me this am, I've been awake since about 7, I went to sleep around 4am (I worked the night before, and it uaually takes about a day to get back on track.) Any suggestions?

Do NOT drink chamomile tea while pregnant! It can start contractions! I just saw it the other day on an episode of "Yummy Mummy" on Discovery Health channel, a DOCTOR said to not drink it.

check with your dr to make sure it is ok but chamomile tea is an excellent way to relax and should help you sleep...it will also help with mood swings due to hormones and will just basically help even out your mood...might be a good idea to get your hubby to start drinking it regularly too as he will have a hard time of it too once the baby is born...
