I am building a class database tracking good behavior points.
Every nine weeks if a student has earned 15 or more points they are invited to a sundae party. The students who are invited to the party have 15 points deducted from their total at the start of the next nine week cycle, those who do not get invited keep their total points.
What formula can I use if excel to deduct the 15 points from those who have that many and then keep the difference (for example if the student has earned 18 points, 18-15=3, they keep those 3 points going into the next 9 week period). At the same time I want excel to keep those students who may of only earned 12 points in the first nine weeks to track those points into the second nine week period.

Ok we all know that most people dont Like Bush. With that being said. Who do you think was more disliked out of the following three presidents and why? I am considering having hair transplant surgery at some point in the near future & would very much like to know if anyone has had the procedure done in Poland.

The reason I am considering Poland is the obvious one - cost! Surely it has to be cheaper than having it done in London or elsewhere in the UK. But what are the pros and cons? Do the consultants tend to speak English to a high enough standard? What about aftercare? How long would I have to remain in Poland? Is it possible to have a consultation done here in London & send the written report to the clinic in Poland in order to get a price estimate? And above all - are the standards comparable to the UK/US?

I am very interested in hearing from anyone who has undergone the procedure in Poland - or anyone who has left the UK & had the procedure done abroad in order to save on costs.

Please let me know if you have any experiences to share. Many thanks!

Lets say that someone stole merchandise from there job and then they sell it. Then the person gets arrested and gets put in jail. Then they have there court hearing. What is the worst thing that can happen to them if it is only there first time ever gettting in trouble.

Hey everyone, around august or so I noticed that my hair was losing its thickness it always had, I used to blowdry everyday for high school and use Joico ICE Spiking Glue in my hair, everyday I washed it out using ICE's special shampoo and I made sure all of it came out. What looks like what happened was that ICE weakened my hair and the constant falling of it while losing thickness scared me. I purchased Biotin shampoo, vivagen shampoo along with it's scalp treatment and Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree Shampoo and Conditioner. I knew the main thing was to ensure a clean scalp so the follicles could breathe to ensure growth. That's exactly what the Tea Tree did along with the Vivagen, I used the biotin in terms of strengthening the hair and every week or so the Nexxus reconsructor would be worked in and then be conditioned to retain moisture balance. I notice little improvement and it looks like I'm running out of options, I want back that thick hair I always had... any suggestions?

Did you hear about the Texas teacher who was helping one of her kindergarten students put on his cowboy boots? He asked for help and she could see why.

Even with her pulling and him pushing, the little boots still didn't want to go on.
By the time they got the second boot on, she had worked up a sweat.

She almost cried when the little boy said, "Teacher, they're on the wrong feet." She looked, and sure enough, they were. It wasn't any easier pulling the boots off than it was putting them on. She managed to keep her cool as, together, they worked to get the boots back on, this time on the right feet. He then announced, "These aren't my boots."

She bit her tongue, rather than get right in his face and scream, "Why didn't you say so?", like she wanted to. Once again she struggled to help him pull the ill-fitting boots off his little feet. No sooner had they gotten the boots off when he said,
"They're my brother's boots. My Mom made me wear 'em."

Now she didn't know if she should laugh or cry. But she mustered up what grace and courage she had left to wrestle the boots on his feet again.

Helping him into his coat, she asked, "Now, where are your mittens?"
He said, "I stuffed 'em in the toes of my boots."

She will be eligible for parole in about three years
