I just og tmy braces off recently and I'm confused. Am I supposed to wear my retainer while I eat or should I take it off, also is it safe to put my retainer in a small bowl of mouth wash and soak it to keep it clean or will it corode the plastic?

My girlfriend has gone away to thailand for two weeks with four of her mates.Since she's been gone i have been really missing her and its got to a point where i've got myself into a state and convinced myself she will cheat on me. I have no reason to believe she will as she is great and she has contacted me loads since she's been away but it keeps nigglin at me.I was married once and my wife was an airhostess and after we split stories went round about her cheating on me when she was away. Ever since things like this get me paranoid. How do i cope whilst my girlfriend is away and how i do deal with it when she gets back. I guess i'm just scared because all of this is out of my control and i don't want to lose her and all of our future plans. I'm having a real tough time of this becase since she's been gone my god daughter has been diagnosed with cancer and my job has been a nightmare and to be honset i'm heading for depression if i lose her to.

anybody,everbody please help!! im at my wits end...i had a 5 month child to a guy and he wants nothing to do with his son!! he said maybe in 12 months he will have changed his mind!!!! i feel so sorry for my son but don't know what else to do!! i email this guy every other day and send him pictures but he never responds!! he has other kids from a previous marriage that he continues to see!!! when i was with the guy i never disrespected his kids and treated them really well....why is he being like this with my child..HIS SON??.....I don't know what else i can say or do?? HE DOE'SNT EVEN PAY ANYTHING TOWARDS HIS UPKEEP...BUT THATS SORTED MY SOLICITOR IS ON TO IT!!!

i am so unlucky.... i probably am one of the people god wanted born to live a damn horrible life...
