Should America be a society that values and promotes it's various ethnic and cultural backgrounds? Should America be a country where many languages are spoken, many diverse traditions are observed and respected? Or should all people, regardless of ethnicity, religion or history, be expected to conform to a homogenous norm?

i have known my wife for practically all of my life, but i have been married to her for 4 years. we have had other relationships before, we both are 24 years old, i know that she had a long relationship with this other guy that she started screwing since she was 15, i have been a man and said nothing to her about that relationship because i "love" her and that wouldnt be right. She recently found out that i had a similar relationship and now i cant get her off my back... she insults me in front of other people, she screams at me for no reason, she tells me that she hates me, and that she is going to stay with me because she wants to make my life a living hell... what i am bumed about, is that whatever we had in our pasts is past, or should i also start bitching at her for screwing that guy for that long before she married me?? i dont know what to do should i just try and play along to save my marriage....

One day I fell asleep at my moms room for an accident. Then my little brother came to wake me up. I was to lazy to wake up so I just lay in bed and relax. My little brother waited for me till I wake up because I feed him, play with him, and I let him do the fun stuff. Then while I was relaxing my little brother found a condom and it was all wet. I told him'' PUT THAT THING DOWN AND WASH YOUR HANDS IMMIDETLY''. So he did it. I told my mom what my little brother found. My mom said that she didn't do it with my step dad. Do not take this question literally - just try and find the moral.
A disease is present in your upper leg, it is slowly killing you.
One day, if left untreted it will kill you. The problem is that the diseease carrying cells can hide themselves anywhere in the leg. The only time you can tell where they are is after they have just infected another cell, when it is too late.All the other body parts hold a meeting on how to deal with this. The foot, ankle and lower leg - all close relations of the upper leg - state emphatically that they are not diseased themselves, even though the disease can hide amongst them. They know they are under suspicion but they vow to be vigilant as much as they can. Most of the other body parts know this is pretty useless, as the disease infects new cells each day.The outspoken appendix (thats the sit-on-the fence, left wing but essentially useless body part) says that the rest of the body should send extra blood and minerals to the leg. I recently answered a question pertaining to abortion and in the subsequent answers someone made a remark along the lines of ,"Oh, what cute little christians out there" or something like that.

Just because I am pro-life, I don't support abortion and feel that people who use abortion as a contraception method are murdering children DOESN'T mean that I am christian. It means that I am a compassionate person who has no tolerance for those who don't think through with their actions and do whatever they want to, whenever they want to.

It would be greatly appreciated by myself, and I think it's safe to say many others, for those of you who answer questions to not assume you know everything about everyone on this site.

You know what they say about those who assume.

I told you all that I have 2 kids, work part-time, etc. I am think I am going to use him for once and let him finish paying for my education and then leave him. I am currently finishing up my credentials and I will become a teacher in the next six months. And like I said, I know he's cheating, and yes I love him but I can't leave until I am finished with my credentials. Then, I will have the money, power, and self-esteem to walk away knowing I can support myself and two kids. He may be cheating on me but I'm using him to better myself.
Should I look for someone else while I am still with him so I can throw it back in his face when I do leave him? You know what they say, "Don't get mad, get even"

What do i wear? I want to wear dress shirts to look mature as tees and sweats don't suit me. Since i live in Canada, i need an advice about what to wear. She wants me to wear button down shirts but i don't like that style as a man looks incomplete in it. In sounth asia when a boy turns 18 he styarts wearing dress clothes to show that he is mature at this point. I'm 5'3 and very slim so tees don't look good on me.

Please help me. Or would i stay like the 1 in my avator until i turn 30.

This is not a joke question. Yes, I am male. However, being an intuitive person, I fully understand things such as feeling and expression. In other words, I am just as perplexed as women are about why men behave in certain ways.

Why do most men talk and act as though they are impervious to feelings and emotions? And why do many men (not all, but many) have so little regard for other people's feelings? Does it all come naturally to them? Is it advantageous to be that way?
