THE BLONDE PAINTER
A blonde, wanting to earn some extra money, decided to hire herself
out
as a
"handy woman" and started canvassing a nearby well-to-do neighborhood.
She
went
to the front door of the first house, and asked the owner if he had any
odd jobs for her to do.

"Well, I guess I could use somebody to paint my porch," he said. "How
much
will you charge me?"

The blonde quickly responded, "How about $50.00?"

The man agreed and told her that the paint and everything she would
need
were
in the garage.

The man's wife, hearing the conversation, said to her husband, "Does
she
realize that our porch goes all
the way around the house?"

He responded, "That's a bit cynical, isn't it?"

The wife replied, "You're right. I guess I'm starting to believe all
those
dumb blonde jokes we've been getting by email lately."

A short time later, the blonde came to the door to collect her money.

"You're finished already?" the husband asked.

"Yes," the blonde replied, "and I had paint left over, so I gave it
two
coats."

Impressed, the man reached into his pocket for the $50.00 and handed
it to her.


"And by the way," the blonde added, "it's not a Porch. It's a Lexus."

Hi. I am from Canada, and I am wondering, is it still a holiday in the States? I sent a payment for my stepsister by overnight courrier on Wednesday, but the payment never got processed yesterday because it was Thanksgiving in the States yesterday. Any chance the payment will get processed today?

Hello. I woke up this morning, and I knew I wasn't great. I was extremely tired, and couldn't get out of bed for a while. (I was physically able to, I just severely wanted to lay in bed). My Grandma is over, she said I was burning up alot (this was an hour ago.). Now, I'm in that weird state where you're kind of out of it (it seems light and dreamish), and I have no idea what's wrong with me. Two days ago I started taking meds for Type 2 diabetes, and I brought no meds with me (I'm at my dad's house), but I'm taking one at about 5 or 6 when they are available to me. I don't think my diabetes are contributing, however, because I just now found out I have diabetes. (2 days ago, like I said.) Please help me identify my sickness, my health is a huge concern to me. Thanks.

Today i was bored and i have comcast,so i decided to rent two movies on demand,i'm watching "waist deep" next. But in click it started off funny had me cracking up,then it got sad and almost made me cry,but i didnt,i'm a 14 year old guy. I am trying to get my daughters old computer up and running, but having no success. It is a HP Pavilon 7960, with a 1.3 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 processor, 128 MB RD Ram memory, 40 GB Ultra DMA Hard Drive, 32 MB nVidio TnT2 MG 4 Graphics Card with 32 MB SDRam, CD-RW HP CD Writer 8x4x32x Max Speed, and a DVD Rom Drive 16x Max Speed. My daughter has had this in storage for a few years and I thought I would try to get it up and running. The screen comes up with all the icons, with the Start menu, but I can't get into anything. It shows the hour glass display constantly. I think it is full of virsus's but I can't load anything to get rid of virsus's. Is this computer worth trying to save, or does someone have an answer that could possible salvage this computer?

My daughter walked into my bedroom today after I got off work. I am a nurse and had to work late last night. She was talking to me on the bed, and I needed to change clothes but she would not leave. I rarely wear underwear and my daughter did not know that, and I was wearing my scrubs. I needed to change so I just stripped out of my scrubs, and changed into some jeans and a t-shirt. I thought I guess she is old enough to know now. Well she found out. She said "Mom, you are not wearing underwear". I told her, "I never do. It is more comfortable without them for me." It was a little embarrassing to say the least because it was also the first time she had seen me naked. When she was very young, I could walk around the house naked and did not have to be so cautious. Now it is just us girls around the house. She said that she might try going without underwear, too. I told her that it is her decision, and that she could try it. Am I wrong for letting this happen and being more open?
