You have to be exposed to actual yeast spores, which are not normally in semen, but a guy could have a yeast infection on his penis if he got it from a girl with a yeast infection, especially if he's uncircumcised. However if you and you're man are sharing a yeast infection, don't think he necessarily cheated on you. More than likely you got the infection like most people do, from ordinary environmental exposure.

Usually not. However, if the guy is unclean he can provide a good enviroment for a yeast infection to begin. Or if he already has an STD, then you will get the infection as well.

No someone who's been having a lot of sexual partners put themselves at risk for yeast infections since that's now becoming a noted STD.
