My father never takes proper care of himself. He eates OK. A little bit of Ice Cream and heavy Cream in his cofee. But he NEVER gets any exercise. I try to get him to go on walks. He claims that he walks 10 minutes everyday but I know he doesn't. He spends alot of his time in his room on his computer working or watching TV. He recently had a stroke and suffers from some fatige from all of the medications. He is a really great father but I want him to live to see me married.

I have dark brown hair (I am a Black woman mid 40's).

I have always had dry, brittle hair. My mom used to have to oil my scalp 3-4 times a week. I still do so today. I can oil my scalp MOnday and by Wednesday it's dry again.

Are there any products on the market that will help?

I also have a very dry, itchy scalp.

Heres the story...this girl, we always use to go lunch, out to movies, and even the occasional dinner/going out with friends of ours. Everything was really great...she likes to touch me alot, and we always use to laugh....now all thats gone, the past week has been really hard as i dont know what has happened. Her B/f did break up with her, but we use to go on lunches even before that happened. I didnt make the move cause i really didnt want to move too fast for the girl. Im so annoyed at her...she doesnt respond to my txt's, unless its really urgent, and she seems to have gotten real distant from me...i have yet to ask her why, but she works with me, and i dont want to say anything yet...i really like her, and dont know what to do...One thing i noticed though, is shes really nice and laughing to everyone else...but shes now got a awkward feeling towards me everytime im there, as if she doesnt want to talk to me/ignoring me. and then we think girls arent evil?/.....!

I am really good friends with someone to whom I give all the presents, writings, and respect to. I know my friend still wants to be friends with me by his body language when we meet. But how long should I keep giving without any active participation on their part, i.e. e-mail address to keep in contact. They recently moved somewhere and I will probably loose contact if I don't keep a thin string of connection going. What are your thoughts?
