I can't afford an attorney so I waited 4 6 plus months 2 get 1 through a free agency. My x hus just got served his divorce papers last fri. My attorney told me Tues. that he has an attorney & the same day, I receive 1 also from him. I'm going 4 sole custody b/c of the past, no child support & the way he's treated me by defermation of character on the internet 2 strangers & people N my family. His mom got him an attorney N is payn 4 his. We both R askn 4 divorce, we have 1 kid but we were raisen my 1st son 2gether.He wants 2 have rights 2 both + joint cust. My attorney told me 2 let him have visitation 4 thanksgiving but I said no how about after D holidays & court day's Jan. My attorney acts like she doesn't even know about the case.It was an abusive relationship & my only mistake was not calling D cops when he'll hit me.He lives in Tx & we in La N since we have the same rites, if I let him visit N takes off w/them can he keep them b4 the court date N there's noth'n I can do?

Okay, so my monitor is and older one, about 4-5 years and this morning when i got up the picture display seemed really odd. There is a solid black border, then a solid grey border, then inside both borders is my desktop display which is REALLY faded. I've check all the display setting I could think of but don't really know what I'm looking for. I'm pretty sure it's not the video card, as I just got a brand new motherboard less than 2 months ago, and the video card was on board. If anyone knows what the problem may be, please help!

a job interview , the first one goes in and the boss says, i'v read your cv i like the cut of your suit and your very confident , now , he said , did you notice anything about me , well yes says the bloke , i noticed you have'nt got any ears , yes said the boss , and i'v noticed that you'r bl*ody rude and you have'nt got the job so get out , on the way out he said to the other bloke , he's very touchy about the ears , whatever you do dont mention the ears , so the second bloke goes in , the boss goes through the same routine with him , and asks him the same question , do you notice anything about me , yes , he says, you'r wearing contact lenses , the boss says , thats very observant how did you know that , the bloke says , cos you'd be wearing glasses , if you had any f*cking ears !
