Physics is about answering questions.

Physics is a technology. Philosophy is a concept equipment. the outcomes each and each has are thoroughly diverse. Physics can help build a bomb. Philosophy determines if, and why use the bomb.

both are areas of academic specialty devised and divided up by humans.

both attempt to pursue truth.

both lead to good results. for example a change in the philosophy that slavery is not good led to the ending of slavery. or other things like that that flow from philosophy.
results in physics help other things like invention of cell phones or rocket ships.
