do not allow erase history on explorer.?

My boyfriend keeps erasing the history on the internet. Is there any way I can put a block on this or something.

Why would you want to keep the history? That's what will slow your computer up and if you want to go back to the websites you visited book mark them. I have to clean mine out weekly since it slows my computer up a lot.
