Preuss Pets in Lansing has hedgehogs...and they're a very, VERY good, reputable pet store. They take excellent care of their animals, and their breeding standards are phenomenal. I know, because I bought a baby greenwing macaw from them, and she's still in the nursery there. We spend a lot of time there with her, and we have talked to a lot of customers who have previously and are in the process of purchasing from them. Phenomenal store.

i had a hedgie, and i would never do it again. not enough is known about them for us to care for them in captivity. their life span is greatly reduced by being kept as pets, largely due to the fact that we are unable to formulate a food that approximates their natural diet. be sure that you read up on them before you decide that you want one. it was heartbreaking for us to find out after the fact that hedgehogs probably should not be kept as pets.
