I admit it, I am only friends with guys that I find attractive in some way or another. If by nothing more than I like their smile. I have learned from 'Y!answers' that I am not alone in doing this. But, having such a wide variety of guy-friends is a BAD thing for me as well, because I have found that I am just not some guys' 'type of girl'. That they would date.

When I ask "well...what is wrong with me?" it opens a whole NEW can of worms.

I don't smell. I'm not easy. I don't judge people. I'm not clingy. I'm not pushy.

Sorry, this just turned into a rant....ahem..

So...my question is - guys, what is YOUR type of girl? Does something rule certain girls out completely out in your book?

Especially watching everyone (except me) running around in a panic getting everything they think they need for Christmas. The shops only close for a couple of days so why the panic?

All the debt they get themselves into... and I sit back and laugh at the stupidity of it all.......

i am closing on my property monday, and am curious, do i use a cashiers check or certified check? my banker informed me that in wire transfer, there is a chance that i could lose the money, and i am obviously not ok with that. does anyone know which "check method" is preferred?

If it's true? I have found plenty of websites that say "normal, regular" Asians "on average" hate blacks even more than nazi KKK whites. So why am I considered racist if I show everyone that "All to most" asians hate blacks, when it's the truth? They love/adore/prefer whites though, and that is the truth. And yes I am black, a very consious black person that is aware of the surrounding of the world.

One person replied that Jesus appeared to Paul and asked the question why do you murder Me! that quote was wrong. Jesus asked why doyou persecute me? One person corrected me when i said that Paul said Hate was like murder. but another confirmed the same verse i tried to quote.
Do you think There is bias in the interpretation of these verses? is the popular decision correct? How can i choose the best answer when it seems none are correct

Hello Everyone! Hope this post finds you well.

I've been having trouble sleeping the past couple of months. I toss and turn at night and if that isn't bad enough, I often have unpleasant dreams. I wouldn't call them nightmares, but they're pointless sequences played in my head and I think this affects the quality of my sleep big time. Even though I 'sleep' for 6 hours, it's like I'm on "hibernation" mode...not fully asleep. [Laptop analogy]

I've been sleeping around 2-3 AM lately, mostly because I can't fall asleep earlier. I used to be an early bird but my habits have changed. I believe this may be because of stress, and lack of exercise of late...

Any advice is appreciated. I'd also like to know if this qualifies as insomnia. Thanks!!

I am a divorced single dad of a 2 and 6 year old. I want to find more things for us to do. Reading can be one thing, but we never do it. Partially because I know they will not sit still. Perhaps I cannot try and read the same story to both of them due to the age difference. I could take the 2 year old asided and (*learn*) start there. Good idea? I am going to Borders today when i pick them up, I have them every weekend, and get a good 2 year old book he would like. Are the books that ADD sounds, with the squares you push a good idea? They ARE fun, but in the end does it ruin the idea of reading to them?
