Ive recently applied for credit, but the lenders advised that i have £14 against my name unpaid, which i cant understand. They adv its from a retail store-Now the only thing i can think of is that i have a store card with the arcadia group, which i have paid off in full a few months ago so the balance is now zero.Yet this £14 has been owed since dec 2004. Why has nobody contacted me before to advise i owe this money.I have recieved no letters, or phonecalls and now when i ask for credit i get refused even tho i was not made aware i owed anything..The lenders have adv to get a credit report from experian which i have sent off to do, but when this comes through i am not sure what to do next. Will i be able to pay off the £14, or will i not ever be able to get credit due to this reason. If its the latter then i am not happy, as i feel this is unfair. i pay off my bills reguarly and never miss payments? anyone else had similar situation. did u manage to settle the debt and get credit?

Michael Foot… One of the founder members of CND.
Tony Benn another member of the CND, who along with his Son the now, Rt Hon Hilary Benn. Secretary for State for International Development. Marched along with the CND.
The Three Musketeers. I give more integrity to the Kray Brothers. Both Blair and Hilary Benn will go into the Lobbies at Parliament, and vote for this weapon of mass destruction, and instruct their Whips to make sure all the other Labour MPs do as they are told. And of course the cowards in that party that are against Nuclear will toe the line, some integrity. This is what Tony Blair calls Democracy. He will get this passed in Parliament in the same way he lied his way into the Iraq War. They say that Dr Shipman was Britain’s biggest mass murderer, tell that to the 125 odd British Servicemen that are now dead. Whose Widows, Tony Blair told he knew he was right

I feel it my duty to remind all women of the proper procedure in waking up their men.

First of all, piss and moan as much as possible. Complain about absolutely everything. Wherever possible, hold an alarm clock over your guy's ear. Mumble cryptic insults. Remind your man how useless he is and how he deserves to be sacked. Do this for as long as necessary, then continue.

This puts men in exactly the right frame of mind for the day and in no way makes them want to quit their shitty soul-destroying jobs, grab their guitars and go back to bumming around the world living off busking tips and petty theft.

I have a suspicion that 'meeting the parents' is much more big a deal for women than it is for men. It certainly seems to have caused arguments with some couples I know! So - is it a confirmation that you are serious about your partner, or does it not mean anything in particular?
