anything! Just make sure you get as many different menial jobs in as many varied industries as possible when you leave college.
Use Uni to gain contacts, do loads of travelling and boozing, business is all about contacts I'd say, don't worry about your product, just worry about shifting it.
But the people who go to Oxbridge type Unis have a head start, as their contacts are generally better connected.

Do you have a minor? A lot of jobs don't care what your degree is in, as long as you have one. I had a friend that had a history degree and minored in criminal justice. It gave him just a tad bit of experience needed so when he graduated and joined the police department, within a couple of months he made detective and is making lots more money and less danger than a beat cop.

I'm not sure many entrepreneurs start out to be one as a carrier, you just see opportunities that others don't, you take them and maximise the profit on them, if you can,t see the opportunities you won,t make it, many people can't, if it was easy every one would do it, get a good solid degree and keep looking on the way.

It's one of the selling points of colleges and universities that you need to go through them in order to advance your career. Entrepreneurship is probably the exception.
