No it's not feminine to dance. The greatest dance teachers I've ever had were male dancers and there was nothing feminine about them, no matter what type of dance they taught.

Dancing is like doing anything else, the way you walk down the street, the way you hold your posture, the way you communicate your body language, but only in an art form with music accompanying it while others watch. It honestly depends on the type of dance. If it is ballet, yes; if it is hip hop definitely not; if it is Jazz then it depends on your movements and how you portray yourself and also on your costume; if it is tap no; if it ballroom it really depends on if you are the female (feminine) or the male (leading & masculine).

if you mean for a guy then no dancing doesnt make him feminine, it makes him someone that likes to have a good time! I also dont think that guys that take ballet etc are feminie either. i have been a dancer since i was 3 and i dont think that a lot of people appreciate how strong a male dancer needs to be. i wouldnt call the muscle that they have feminine! haha.

Very much so - in fact, at most of the Discos I go to in Brum, the girls do the lion's share of the dancing whilst the guys stand around gawping! Plus look at cultures where the women dance specifically eg with belly dancing and in certain Oriental cultures

i think dancing is associated more with girls than guys. On a night out your more likely to see girls on the dancefoor than men but i personally think that if a guy can dance well and has all the right moves on the dance floor then he must have good rythmn else where if ya catch my drift!!

Definitely not! A good male dancer, of any kind, has to be strong and very fit.

If men actually realised how much we ladies like a man who can dance well, then dance classes would be over-run!

Dance is for everyone, not just women. Dance is expression and everyone is allowed to express themselves. If dancing is in ur heart, go for it!
God Bless!
