He is not confortable with my mothertongue. C'use I had to work far away from my native place. My children got educated in a different location. He has not friends at my home land. Thus his home land he choose is the place where he grew up. I am not sure whether a girl of my native place will be suitable for him. Can anyone help?

It is not a bad idea that a father will search a bride for his son... But is it better that a person will be the one to find his own future partner in life? Marrying is not a simple thing... It must be in a process... Especially man, they must be the one to find their own bride... First he must search for the girl that he really likes.. He can find his ideal one if he wants... Then courting her is the second.. Then having a relationship with her even for a short period of time.. Know her better.. and then... go.. If he really wants to marry then that is the right time... A man must marry the girl that he really love not the one that was chosen by anybody else.. But I know, as a father, you will not get someone who is not good... I know you want the best for your son....

Yeah, it is good to find someone from your native place.. Of course, you have common beliefs and maybe even faith... But don't take away the possibility that someone from other places is maybe the one destined for your son.. Who knows? But whoever she is? Or wherever she will come from..? Most important is, she is the one your son loves to spend the rest of his life...

Its very simple place an advt. in the indian Newspaper the best would be "The Hindu" where you give all the details ( this you can get an idea if you catch one sunday edition of the paper and go though the matrimonial columns) and thats all you will get plenty of replies in the mail box from which you can choose.
