My parents have a large backyard where they're growing many vegetables. They have a major pest problem, mostly gophers. We've had cats in the past and they were instrumental in keeping the pest problem under control. My parents want to adopt two cats who will be living outdoors. They are planning on going to the humane society to adopt but would like to know how old the cats should be and what genders.

It would be so helpful if someone who has knowledge about outdoor cats could share their advice about this. I have heard it is best to get feral females. Would I ask the humane society specifically for feral cats when I go there?

Super succulent, crispyskinned thanksgiving turkey...?
How do I make a turkey that is SO succulent, moist, juicy, dripping with natural juices, all covered in a crispy, crunchy, flavorful skin? How do I get it so good that people sitting at the table take one bite and just look at eachother, then at me, in total awe and wonder of HOW I cooked such an AMAZING bird. I don't care if it takes forever to cook and if it sounds intricate or crazy. I want REAL suggestions and answers and I want to and am willing to try anything. I want a beautiful, succulent, juicy bird. I want as close to perfection I can possibly get. White meat tends to be so dry... I want to change that. PLEASE chefs and ANYONE else who is a pro at this, I am BEGGING for all the right answers! I have some of the best mashed taters and now I'm looking for this! I'm sure you've noticed my other plead for the pasta sausage stuffing, I just want people who come over to REALLY and truly enjoy themselves at my house. It just means everything in the world to me. Please help. Thanks.

My friends are trying to get me and my ex-best friend Lauren to be friends again.

The problem is: I don't want to be friends with her anymore. I don't want to have much to do with her, and if possible I want to talk to her as little as possible.
Yet most my friends are her friends, and they are all trying to make us become friends again.

Awile back, when we were friends, we'd practically spend every moment together. As we began to spend more time together, I began to develop feelings more than friendship for her. She was the most amazing person I have ever met in my life.
Although as soon as I had told her of my feelings for her, she got scared. She stopped hanging out with me as much, and she told me never to talk to her again.
Her new friend verbally attacked me for being homosexual, and apparently 'stalking and obsessing' over her.

So now all of our friends are trying to force us to be friends again.
I just want nothing to do with her, cus I dont want to get hurt again.

our goverment gets upset because we have illegals in our country but how come we make it easier to confrom to our socieity. wouldnt it make much more sense to do the opposite so of that to counter the rate of illagal immagration. if we dont know their language how can they confrom to our society? we have to learn other countries languages to fit into their world why dont illgals have to do that here?

my son has a tooth pushing up on his bottom gums, and the top of the gum is ripping! he is fussy and cranky, not settling and clingy. however, it is an inscisor (i think that's the name, the tooth next to his front one). the gum is a bit swollen and red....shall i expect to see a tooth soon?

I love my girlfriend, she gave me lots of chances, and now i make another mistake. She doesnt forgive me. How?
I love my girlfriend, she gave me lots of chances because i had promised her not to make anymore mistake. And now i make another mistake cuz of jeslousy and she doesn't wants to forgive me already. She wanna break off because she can't take it anymore. How can i get back to her?

The mistake i make was when she wanted to go out with her cousin and i said i wanted to follow her. And she dont allowed me to follow her. Normally she will let me follow her but i dont know why on that day she dont allow me to follow. So we i just followed her and we started to quarrel because she said i don't trust. But i really do trust her only i felt abit fishy when she dont allowed me to follow her.
