Its depends on how you care it !!
If you give your turtle calcium, vitamin A, Uva,your turtle will do the rest !!!!
Not forget giving snails, sticks, worms,etc...

It depends on the whether the turtle is healthy and the tank is a reasonable size.

However a turtle is usually mature by 4 years both physically and sexually :)

Good luck with your little guy. They are VERY cute when they grow big- up to a foot in size.

It really depends on if they have the appropriate room to grow, or not. If their habitat isn't big enough to house them when they are full grown (average 12 inches), then they will not grow. (Not healthy)
