I like Curari or an alternate spelling Curare. It was used in a medical setting to relax the muscles of patients while operating. I will include a link that actually pronounces it for you, cool huh. It also sounds it out for you. it sounds really cool. GOOD NAMe.

You definately should go with your gut! I named my son Micah, which is actually really rare in this area... everyone pronounces it (Me-sha) instead of (Mike-ah) but I dont care... it makes me happy... and my daugher, due in Feb, is going to be SiddaLee. Most people just give me a funny look when I tell them the name.. but you know what? Its not their decision, its yours! I love when kids have unique names.. theres nothing wrong with standard names.. but unique names give character :)

I'm not fond of it. To me it sounds like a disease.
What about Carmencita or Carmen? Or a name that sounds similar, like annalisa, melissa, anisa...
That said, I chose a name for my daughter that nobody liked either.

Really don't worry about what other people think, if you like it than that's all that matters. But I like it, it is different!!

It's nice, but people may shorten it to 'car', which is not so nice...
