try braiding your hair while its damp. if it doesnt work put ur hair in medium sized rollers and sleep in them. or, in the morning apply some mousse or setting lotion and scrunch on damp hair then use a diffuser while scrunching.

You can get a perm, and if you just want it wavy get a tube perm with big rollers. This will make a nice wave for your hair. Initially it will take awhile while getting the perm, but after you get the perm the wave will last for about a year +.
If not there are waving irons, there like curling irons but they wave your hair. This usually takes awhile to do though.

I have a natural wave in my hair but if I put gel or mousse in it and let it air dry it looks frizzed out. I found the perfect solution...Garanier Fructese Surf Hair Texture Spray. I wash my hair, towel dry, spray this liberally in my hair, scrunch from the ends to roots and use a dryer on cool on my roots (only 1-2 minutes). Then I follow with the same brand Surf Hair Texture Paste, following the application directions.

okay this is how my sister does it na dit's so freakingg easy quick
she does this right before she leaves for school
first you need a mousse the one that you use for your hair
and it is better if your hair is kinda damp
and you put some mousse on your hand and crunch your hair..
i hope you know what that meanss
it's kinda hard to explain in wordss. it's better if show in motions
:]]
like i said you take a handful od mousse in your hand and grab some hais and then crucch them like you are crunching a cracker in your fist.
i am sorry if you don't understand what i am tlakig about but if you do and you do it right, it stays for a long preety time, until you take a shower again on the same day htough.

If you are looking for a permanent wave, then you should make an appointment with your hairdresser and get a perm.
Then, you will have to maintain the perm, but you will not have to curl your hair.
