I bought a boneless Butterball turkey breast that has an included gravy packet, but I don't see the directions for the gravy anywhere. Does anyone know how to make it? I didn't see it on their website either....

Hmm....by simply heating it up it seems like it would be enough gravy for one person.

I remember getting that gravy packet before. If I recall correctly you are supposed to add it to your pan drippings stir and it will then thicken. I think the stuff in the packet has the flour already blended with broth or something. It has been a while but I did use it and it was really good. Another suggestion would be to find the 800 number for the Butterball people. I remember thinking it was nice thing to include as there is not a lot of fat or drippings from the boneless Butterball.

1. What do you mean gravy packet? There usually isn't gravy included inside the turkey. You make gravy from the drippings after it's done baking. It's really easy and all you need is a few tablespoons of flour + drippings. Whisk it up over heat for about 7 minutes and you have some awesome homemade gravy. Better than ANYTHING store bought. 2. The giblets pack is always in the neck flap of Butterball turkeys.

1. Pour turkey juices into a measuring cup
2. Add water to make 1 3/4 cups liquid
3. Heat liquid and contents of packet in pan, stirring constanly.
Bring to boil, cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes, stirring as needed.
Makes 2 2/3 cups of gravy
