Yes, some people like Silverchair.
I don't, though, because they were a completely extraneous band who saw the Seattle grunge movement explode, decided to hop on the bandwagon of something they knew was selling lots of records, and imitated a style they had nothing to do with.

Oh my god. I went to my first concert when I was 12 and it was Silverchair!! They were on tour for Freak Show. I saw them 3 times in all. THEN "diarama" came out. I hated it so much that i stopped listening.
I think i might listen to some for old times sake:)

yea, they are ok, but they haven't played a long time since the singer and guitarist decided to go back to school or something.
