You know, when I campaigned here in 2000, I said, I want to be a war President. No President wants to be a war President, but I am one. The United States of America is engaged in a war against an extremist group of folks. People don't need to worry about security. This deal wouldn't go forward if we were concerned about the security for the United States of America.And I want those who are questioning it to step up and explain why all of a sudden a Middle Eastern company is held to a different standard than a Great British company.

i have a four year old son that spends weekends with his dad. well as of late his dad has been bringing his mom (my sons grandmother)with him to pick up our son, which is totally cool with me. on the other hand my sons dad and his mother had a tough life in which she pulled up to his dads house and said that she didnt want him anymore and pushed him out of the car. my sons dad i suppose is working on a relationship with hhis mom now which i am all for, but his dad still doesnt want her to take our son by herself. my son doesnt understand how daddy agrees to her taking him for the night in front of his gran gran but wont let him go later. how do you explain that to a child that he cant spend the night with his granny because granny was mean to daddy when he was little and daddy is still upset over it???

Since it has not yet been proven without a doubt that homosexuality is genetic or caused by factors in the environment, I can't just say it's genetic.

However, if homosexuality is genetic, would you still think it's wrong? Many say homosexuals should fight against their desires, but what if it's in their DNA?

I draw a comparison of when people used to judge people based on their skin color. It's a genetic trait, so people with dark skin can't help it. We all agree that they shouldn't fight it, since they were born with it. So if homosexuality turns out to be genetic, would people stop thinking it's wrong?

And any thumbs down will just let me know I have people who disagree with me, and not whether this is a good or bad question.

I know there are alot of scams to fixing your credit. Im not looking for hand outs on how to get rid of bad stuff im responsible for. Im just looking to increase it. In my quest to try to raise my score i found this site http://www.williamsfinancialcorporation.com/. They add you as an authorzied user to one of their accounts to show you have a long never deliquent credit history. Has anyone heard of this? Do you think its a scam? Is it me being naive? And there was a brand new suit draped over the back of the chair in the bedroom.
I thought great, my wife got me a new suit.
I tried it on and it's 5 sizes to big for me.
There were business cards for a guy named "Walter Jipson" in the breast pocket.

My best friend has been fighting last month, and this month. We are not friends. He told me that he misses me. I sent him an e-mail (on monday), about How I feel about it, and stuff. The e-mail was sorta angry--since that how I'd feel.
He is very angry now, he told two people something about me...rumors, and secrets.

(tuesday)
person (see wensday, the second guy, the one who is not calling me whore anymore), hates me because I am a Christian, since his ex-girfriend is, I am friends with her.

On wensday, two people said me and exx-bestfriend has been dating. They have been calling me a whore (and other stuff....) so many times. They apolagized. I was still mad at one of the guy, I tripped him in the hall since I heard him talking **** about me, like if "I hope she brings condoms with her of where she goes--(my name) is such a slut..."

After I triped him in the hall---he screamed
"I am not sorry for calling you a whore, *****!"

I called him a jackass.

What should I do?

I'm 17 and I'm pretty sure that a good friend of mine is gay...the problem is that ever time I try to hint at it that I know, he doesnt open up...what should I do, should I just straight up ask him?...the reason why I want to find out if he's gay is because I think he's really uncomfortable with chasin girls and I think it's killing him on the inside...of course, I could be wrong about all this and then it would be quite embarrasing for both us...any tips?

Our 4 year old daughter has been diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes. I am a Nurse so I already had a pretty good idea that she had diabetes from her symptoms. I also know the medical side of it. What I am having trouble with is the Mom part. How do you deal with having to prick your child to test?What is the best meter you have found for your child? How do you deal with having to give them insulin injections? I have a meeting with her Pediatrician in the morning. But I need advise from parents. As a Nurse I have given hundreds of shots to children. But the though of pricking my baby and giving her Insulin injections just makes me cry. My husband just can not deal with needles at all ! How did you explain it to your child? Any advise would be appreciated.

Do you think i could raise enough money too help lonely holocaust survivers?

I was watching a show on how there are holocaust survivors that have no one and i was thinking it would be nice to have like a really big house and have all the survivors that have no one live there so they can be together. do u think it would be hard to raise money for this and do u think it is a goood idea?

Guys--when you tease a girl..do you like her or do you not like her and that's why you are picking on her.

I'm talking about poking, scaring, squeezing the shoulders, sexual innuendos, etc.

He confuses me because he will call me "beautiful" and has told others this, but then he will pick on me and give me a hard time about everything! I laugh with him, but sometimes I'm like DANG, can't you just be sweet to me?

He also will see that I get upset, and come over to apologize.

What is with this guy?? Just being the typical male?

So christmas and easter have pagan origins... o.k. one problem... christians are not supposed to be pagan! So what do we do?
(A) Go to the Jewish Folks , sweetly and politely ask them on how to celebrate Passover and the Saturday Shabbats (sabbtath) { Jesus was a Jew and he celebrated the sabbath and Passover. Why can't we?!} and if we could adopt them as our own.
(B) If the Jewish folks reply," Heck no! We don't want to share anything with you christians! Get your own celebrations and festivals! and so we go away and somehow make up our own. { Hey, we might actually make up something good}
(C) decide" Hey since Christmas and Easter are pagan, why don't just stop celebrating these holidays and declare ourselves as the only religion of earth that doesn't have its own festival and holidays and celebrate anything we want to at anytime!

I used to take Ortho trycle before until i decided to try a diferent pill ..my Dr prescribe Seasonal for me and I've been a month on the pill. I'm a little concern because with my old pill I lost weight , clear my skin and no bloating at all. since I've been on Seasonal I gain weight ( I haven't change my eating habits or exercise) I wake up bloated every day to the point that My clothes doesn't fit anymore on my waist and the worst My face is full of pimples. Should I go back to the old pill or should I wait until my body get used to this new pill ??? My dr. said that i need to wait but I feel horrible between my weight and face is not good! does anyone take seasonal and have the same symptoms??? what should I do???
