Found this spider in my room... a friend attempted to kill it but it escaped. Any idea what it is?

I kinda have a dilemma going on here, I don't know whether to get a Wii or a 360. I have been looking forward to getting a Wii for a while, but then I played Gears of War. It blew me away. Also, now my buddy got a 360 and Gears, so the thought of playing Xbox Live with a couple of friends (that I know in real life) is very appealing.

The problem here is The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, I love Zelda games and judging from reviews, this game might match Ocarina of Time in greatness. Although I really want to play Zelda, I just don't know. The other Wii games look fun, but the 360 already has an established library, since it has been out for a year. The smart thing to do is get a 360, and get a Wii later, so it can get a library of good games. I know this, but it's freakin Zelda.

It comes down to playing with friends on live, or playing Zelda. I can get a Wii for my Bday, but that will be in about 8 months. I want both systems, but am not sure a Wii just for Zelda is worth it.

Im getting the wii because it is cheaper and i want a lot of games on it. Tee wii might be a little clildish but wouldn't be better if you get the cheaper thing this year and knock it out tje way then the next year it will be cheaper than ussal so you can get more games on it.But it is hard to see alduts using that thing on the wii butu should just try it.
think though action games will be fun if u can fight them but it is all up to you so you can pick waat you want but i got to tell you that im getting the wii this year then try to get playstation 3 later.
i like sony but i hate sony games because they are too hard to me but i just cant wait to see myself playing the nintendo wii! but this is wat people all over the world is talking about the ps3 and the nintendo wii.some say the wii makeres are trying to sell more by mking it cheaper and some say because it is not that great. some say the ps3 is so expensive bacause of its hard work and imrovement from xbox360

ok i have owed a credit card company for over 4 years now .. i old friend ( not a friend anymore ) used my name and got a card in my name well just today i got a summons in the mail saying i'm being sued for 1200 dollars . i have 21 days to file in court ...is it better off to call the company thats sueing me are should i just go too court and see what happens please help

young nanny, for young couple with 1 child,and then 1 on the way, moma and daddy had problems and the nanny stayed on, and then went on to be the live in girlfriend, she couldn't drive, she depended on him for everything, quit college courses and helped with his buisness and wanted to be like the kids mama. nanny hated the mama. she just wasn't what he wanted, should he pay her for the time she lived with him as a girlfriend, even though she helped with his small buisness, paper work and appts. does he owe her back pay now, that he doesn't want her in his bed anymore or his house. she actually helped in his getting a divorce when he was having problems with his pregnant wife?

So when I was younger I use to go to church all the time and lived a pretty good Christian life, but I started feeling like maybe God wanted to start teaching and showing other young ones the word of God and I got kinda freaked out and shut the door on him.

Recently I started back to church and getting back into a Christian life. I’ve been going to a new church and I have been building a good friendship with the pastor’s husband and want to talk to him about how I feel god wants to show other young ones the way, and how I want to life the Christian life again.

I just don’t know how to tell or ask him to help me? I was thinking about writing him a letter and giving it to him….what would YOU do?

I am sending in a resume to a job, and I need to know what I should do with my cover letter. The letter is complete, so i'm not asking about the content. However, my problem is, I don't know the name of the person is that's conducting the hiring procedures. I contacted the human resources department, and the woman I spoke with told me that they receive the resumes and cover letters, and then just fax it to the department of the position i'm applying for. She told me to just address it to human resources. So, if that's the case, when I say Dear..... when beginning my cover letter, what would I put? Dear who? Do I put To Whom It May Concern: ? That sounds kind of stupid in my opinion. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I should put, or should I just skip it altogether? I want to be polite and professional. Thank you!

I can't believe i have 13 more years until i can date. I am 13 years old right now. My mom thinks that dating is off-limits for people under 26. Even to my friends, that seems RIDICULOUS!!! Mom's philosophy is that i'll be 26 when i finish my doctors degree. She thinks that if i start getting into boys/men too early, my education will be messed up and i will start to divert my focus of life (bs!!!). I know i have enough self control to juggle my education and the boys. maybe not right now, but certainly when i'm 15 or 16. 17? Well what do you think? Do you think i should try to convince my mom to let me date earlier? Or do you think she is right about her no-dating-until-26 rule?
