My best friend's mom works at an Alltel store and says that the Razor V3 has had the most problems and return percentage. She recommends the Motorola E815 (or higher) phone that can store pics, take pictures and record video as well as an MP3 player. Nothing but bad from those Razors....looks good, but malfunctions all the time she says. Word to the wise...don't buy one!!!

I work for cell phone company and the people in my tech support department tell me the Motorola phones are the worst. The Razorv3 phone is not good at all it freezes quite a bit doesn't send text any good at all and the volume goes in and out all the time. The girl i sit by wants to give it away but no one will take it.

In the event you on no account had the cell activated,,,,it will not call,,,,,,,, this is for verizon,,,,,, in case you have at&t or t-cellular,,then its your sim card like Relic stated Sorry,,however the fine factor is to take it to the at&t store and let them appear at it,,,,,if it is the cellphone and it is no excellent then the rapid you discover the turbo that you could go after the seller,,, and phone e-bay if they do not take it again,,,,, Please examine the list on e-bay and ensure that no the place does it say AS-is that if it says this at any place they will not refund for the telephone,,,,,,,,,,,,, you can investigate with pay pal,,,if you used it and likewise your bank card,,,,,,I haven't any clue how your playing cards work,,, however two of my cards,,,if there is a challenge,,,say improper item, item misrepresented ,, broke,,,,,they will refuse payment and battle the corporation/seller/retailer if I file a grievance,,,, they have got been wonderful with the entire problems i have had with e-bay agents,,,,,,,,,,,,
