A man was in a terrible accident, and his "manhood" was mangled and torn from his body. His doctor assured him that modern medicine could give him back his manhood, but that his insurance wouldn't cover the surgery since it was considered cosmetic. The doctor said the cost would be $3,500 for "small, $6,500 for "medium, $14,000 for "large."

The man was sure he would want a medium or large, but the doctor urged him to talk it over with his wife before he made any decision. The man called his wife on the phone and explained their options. The doctor came back into the room, and found the man looking dejected.

"Well, what have the two of you decided" asked the doctor.

The man answered, "She'd rather remodel the kitchen."

Why do some of my Peter Pan in Scarlet books have different versions inside?

I have ordered some class books. Some of the books have different dates in the notes handed out at the Gentlemen's club. My students would like to know why that is? The book has only recently been issued

What should I do?

My bestfriend moved overseas for work.. we promised that wed stay in touch no matter what. He and I had a lot going when he was here. We used to hangout every single day. he's more than family to me. He's been gone for about a month, and I thought I could play it tough. But really it's very hard it hurts, I barely am happy... Ive tried meeting new folks, but they dont do it for me. He and I email almost 2-3 times a week. I know he is busy with work, and has limited internet access. Sometimes when I dont hear from him in a week it drives me nuts. What should I do? I honestly dont want to sound pushy and ask him to do more... But he's emails make my day, I just feel so alone sometimes. He went to Europe, I have to stay in the US to work on my MBA.

do you think corporal punishment given to kids make any sense?

just asking do you think that teaching a child by hitting or smacking him really teach him something.i think parenting is not fear..i have seen lotta parents spanking the **** outta their kids on the name of discipline and most of these kids do the same thing over and over again i mean its not a magic tool..and some kids also devolop the feeling "you can beat but you cant kill" i think talking the problem out with the kid can work also and time out can work also..parents say that if we dont whip our kids they will turn criminals i have read lotta criminal biography and trust me guys there wasnt a single one who wasnt spanked in his childhood..i think it dont make any sense sure provide a parent fast result but it dont last long..

why isnt cannibas an exstacy legal when alchohol is and is the bigger killer an cause of crime?

there have been 200 xtc related deaths in 16 years and 1 million clubbers take it each weekend alone cannibas has killed no-one, were as alchohol kills 6000 per year and is the biggest cause of violent crime and the second biggest killer after tobacco, i think it is because the goverment would have no way of taxing canibas and xtc

in CSI (vegas i think) they occasionally use a vertical glass scanner, which is a v when open?

and closes sandwiching the sheet inside... does anyone know if such a scanner exists, or is it simply a prop? if it does, can anyone tell me what make and model it is, so i can purchase one... its properly groovy!

05 Altima Owners...happy?

I have read problems about 05 Altima owners being dissatistifed with their altimas due to struts, reliability, etc. Is this why so many 05 Altimas are available at dealers right now? Do most of them secretly suffer from these problems, but the dealers are trying to get rid of them? Thanks (specifically with the auto 3.5 SE)

Recently I made the decision to leave the church my family and I went to for 13 yrs. I don't know how to feel.

I really need advice on this, I am confused and still hurt. But also happy to move on. My father was an elder there for at least ten years, then he stepped down, along with two other elders. It was his own choice, and my families to go somewhere else. But God made my decision for me. I am hurt from what went on in my "former" church, things that people did and I don't know what I should do. I feel like I am just running away, but I can't stay because I can't. I feel bad for leaving them, and all the people are hurt and crying and probably feel abanonded. I know. I think we all need to deal with things on our own. I mean I will still visit, I just need to find a new church right now. Its not stable and I need stable. Anyone just tell me what you think. Thanks.
