I hate to point out the obvious, but if it's unlisted, that's because the owner wants it that way. To try and find it infringes on privacy, and may be punishable by the law.

There are several company's that you can subscribe to in order to find unlisted land line numbers, but cell numbers are almost impossible to find. Looking for an unlisted number is not illegal it just means the subscriber doesn't want it published in the directory. If its a legal issue you can contact the police, they can trace all numbers land line or cell. Hope this helps....
