your paper level indicatir is stuck just give it a little tug or push be careful not to break it

Did a user guide not come with the printer? If so it should have a troubleshooting section. Have you tried relogging your computer while the printer is switched on? The printer may simply need resetting. Have you tried searching the drop down menu: Files / Print / Paper/Quality? Is there a printer setup in the same drop down menu?

check that nothing has dropped down into the paper loading slot. remove ink cartrages and invert the printer give it a good shake see if anything falls out also check for torn paper under intake roller.once done, reinstall ink and retry

U just restart ur printer
Close d dialouge box and start again

other den the thing being stucked... it might be tat its simply spoilt..
Either get repaired or replaced it... tAke care!
