I am terrified by pain and the thought of giving normal birth is making me sweat. Can I ask my doctor for a C-section from the very beginning or is it just for cases when normal birth is not possible?

I am very concerned that my gf is not truly over one of her ex's. She has been open with me about all of her other ex's, but doesn't like to talk about this one, we'll call him Al. She dated Al about a year ago and all I really know is that things were going great and she really liked him. But she ended things with him to get back with another ex who had just gotten back from Iraq. She said that she had regretted breaking up with Al, but is over him now.The following red flags have really made me wonder...
-She has an entire folder on her computer of pictures of him and them
-I found a picture of them in her car
-I asked her to take him off her buddy list
-He reappeared on her buddy list a week later
-She gets upset with me if I bring him up
-She has consistently been checking both his, and his gf's myspace pages like once a week

These make me think that she is not over him. How can I tell?

I am moving to Istanbul and am scared to death. Not of the people. Just that I dont know anyone. I am moving alone and I dont even know the language. I love challenges but I may be in over my head??? Did it bother anyone else that a girl had to have her stomach stapled to have a relationship with her Dad? Yes, she looks incredible now, but I think the Dad is her major problem ~ I'd like to punch him out!
