To grow long healthy hair here a a few of my own tips. My hair for some reason tends to grow really fast. So this is what I know from my own experiance. Water of course is always good. But also eating salmon has alot of great nutients in it that help your hair and nails grow and stay healthy. I have never heard of a miracle pill or cream that will grow your hair really fast. Otherwise there wouldn't be bald people. But help your hair grow and be healthy try massaging your scalp or better yet have some one do it for you. It helps stimulate the scalp and that would help it grow. Also try a really good scalp treatment shampoo. I really like this one by Graham Webb that feels like is and it makes your head tingle. Anything to stimulate the hair folicle would help your hair to grow. Also make sure the hair you have is healthy so a deep conditioner once a week and keeping the ends trimed will also promote healthy hair growth.

Apart from having a balanced diet, the other effective hair loss solutions include good exercise, adequate sleep and avoiding bad foods. Smoking, junk food, aerated drinks and caffeine can have bad effect on hair. Eat foods rich in calcium, proteins, iron and include green vegetables, fruits and salads in your diet. Reduce the intake of sweets, as you only add empty calories without any real nutrients.
Other important hair loss solutions include reduction in frequency of combing, backcombing and brushing, all of which can damage the hair shaft. Also excess blow-drying and treatment with chemicals can leave the hair dry and brittle. Avoid them as much as you can. Those apart eating healthy, exercising and sleeping well are surefire ways to ensure you an enviable crowing glory!
Or you can always go and get extentions. Real hair extentions aren't cheap. They can charge you well into the thousands. But if you have the money and don't want to wait hair extentions might be the way to go.
