First off, I am sorry for your plight.
I have been very sick and close at times, so I am truly sorry.
What I would do may sound funny, or unconventional, but I have thought of these things.
I am always working out and on a strict clean diet.....Ben and Jerry as well as Mr.McDonald and I would visit daily.
I would spend as much time with my family making memories. Not oh I am dying memories, true memories that they can look back on, and not the illness. I have a chronic illness, thats the last thing I would want to be remembered as.
Also, I would think back to my younger years, and ask, what did I want as a grown up?
Go to Disney World?
Paint a Mural (That was my thing)
Nobody can tell you what to do with the last year.
Its YOUR last year. Spend it how you want to spend it.
Make a list of everything you have ever wanted to d...EVER
and do those things that you are able...
and MEMORIES MEMORIES MEMORIES
And this may sound rough, but like I said, I have been close, Give your belongings away to those you want to have them. The special things.
I heard this saying that it is better to give with a warm hand than a cold heart. (dead heart)
Give them the things, and say why you want them to have it.
Why you chose them.
I could ramble on and on....There is just so much I would love to tell you...
my email is on here, please email anytime...
My mother in law gave me her wedding and engagement ring from my husbands father. He passed when my husband was a child.
This was my wedding present. She had it reset into another setting, and the otherstones were the month of the wedding.
Hands down, nothing could compare to any gift I have ever gotten. It was from the heart. I am the one she chose out of 4...ha.
Anyway, I could ramble.
Its your year..enjoy it.
Good Luck and God Bless

If I was sick and had 1 Year left, I would travel, go to so many placesget to know the world as much as i can.
Also I would spend time with famly,
because I had an uncle who in the last past years I did not spend much time with him and
in july he had an accident and died.
Now I regret so much not visiting him or talking on the phone whith him as much as I knew I could have.
I wish you the best untill the end.

I would spend the last year of my life like I didn't realize what day it was. I would get up every morning and do what I do now. I would take time to visit family and friends -- but not for 'good-bye' but just for the hell of it...like they have no clue it may be the last time they see me. I would take time each day to focus on something I have taken for granted...the smell of fresh brewed coffee on a crisp spring morning, the brilliant colors of a hummingbird, the joy on the faces of a crowd when their team scores, the sounds of the country thru an open window on a warm summer night ----but----those would be things I do for ME and I would savor them no matter when they happen, who I am with or what is going on around me. But most of all, I would spend time with my baby girl...cherishing every moment, every look, every giggle, every sweet little chubby-cheeked kiss!

mostly I would not put things on the backburner. Things that I have always wanted to do, I would do them without the mundane things in life getting in the way
I would spend time with family and friends and enjoy what time I had left with them
I would quit working and travel the world, or volunteer in helping other people in the same situation as me who may not have anyone to spend their last year with
most importantly I would make sure the important people in my life knew how much I loved them
